Oral & Poster Presentations

Oral Presentations:

All presentations (except Keynote talks) are scheduled for 25 minutes, including ~5 minutes of questions. 

We will operate the presentations for the Workshop from a centralized computer. Please prepare your talk on a commonly used software for presentations (i.e., Powerpoint, PDF). Please prepare your talk to be compatible to transfer to the centralized computer via upload to a shared drive (links will be sent) or flash drive. To streamline the process, we intend to only allow presentations from a personal laptop under exceptional circumstances.

Poster guidelines:

Please make your poster no wider than 3 feet (36 inches; 92cm). Any poster wider than 3.5 feet (42 in) will likely collide with neighboring posters and may be difficult to display/hang properly.

Depending on your number and the organization of the room, your poster will be hung either on a movable wall, or on a free-standing easel. 

Three poster sessions have been planned:

Session I: Odd # posters - Thursday, June 16th, 8:00-9:45p

Session II: Even # posters - Friday, June 17th, 8:00-9:45p

Session III: "Freeform" - Saturday, June 18th, 4:30-6:00p
